Over the years I’ve seen lots of small and medium business owners who are too busy and overwhelmed to enjoy the flexibility and opportunities their own businesses offer.
They're tangled up in doing everything on their own, unable to find the energy and resources to push their business to the next level or even delegate some tasks so they can focus on the bigger picture.
But it doesn't have to be like this.
MY STORY
I started the learning curve pretty early on when my parents introduced me to voluntary service. I was 11 years old when I got involved in projects for a local children's hospital, then for a local pet shelter and later with hippotherapy for people with disabilities. These were my very first experiences.
I graduated from two faculties at the university with the award of a distinction and I obtained teaching qualifications. As the years passed on, I worked as a full-time and part-time employee, on project-based jobs, with small, family-run businesses, charities and huge corporations. I completed various internships and trainings, collecting diplomas, certificates and qualifications along the way.
Within these years, administrative tasks were something that kept coming back as a field that brought me the most rewarding feelings. The time arrived and I decided to set up my own business and move all the cooperations into the B2B model.
This was the start of a most enjoyable and rewarding adventure. I quickly learned that being a Virtual Assistant is a satisfying and fulfilling part of my daily life. It supports who I am and is a source of growth and satisfaction. I love my job and, surprisingly, I enjoy Mondays. Being a Virtual Assistant fits my lifestyle, my personality and my skills.
My aim is to help you with the administrative tasks of your business so you can focus on the bigger picture and tasks you enjoy doing. I'll tell you how to start delegating tasks, how to prepare for teaming up and how to face difficulties on the way.

I believe in the power of a good plan, a proper schedule and an adjustable organisation process. Clear goals and priorities, processes that are understandable and easy to follow and, it really does matter, appropriately named files.
Individualization.
There is no one-size fits all. On a daily basis, I work with standardised tools and platforms but the work that happens needs to be customised so it fits you, your business, your goals and your values.
Life-long learning.
We develop and grow thanks to our curiosity and ability to learn. I believe that proactive and ongoing education is the best way to approach this ever-changing world and to maintain digital well-being.

AFTER WORK
I enjoy the flexibility of running my own business and organising work so it suits my personality. I like a slow, quiet and relaxed daily life which provides the perfect balance for my work.
When I'm not working, I'm probably reading, doing puzzles or grabbing a cup of coffee on the way to the theatre. I enjoy taking walks in natural surroundings and visiting new places with friends and family.
If I were to choose one of many life-changing experiences, it would be finding out about Non-Violent Communication. NVC is an approach to communication that involves expressing ourselves with clarity, compassion, self-responsibility, empathy, and the common good in mind. I attended the first workshop in 2011 and I haven't stopped practising ever since.
