Recruitment and People & Culture Ops
Recruitment Coordination
Job Management, add new roles to the database and keep them up to date
Oversee the whole recruitment process (confirm interviews, email candidates with details, set up calls, manage calendars, send follow-ups and thank you notes, collect and provide feedback, keep the system up to date)
Maintain interview tracking and internal database (update the status: Scheduled, Pending Scheduling, Cancelled, Offer, Deal etc)
Communicate regularly with hiring managers via email & telephone to support recruitment needs, and act as a backup to them
Utilise recruitment tools & resources to support the business in finding new talent
Oversee all job advertisements and decision-making on advert campaigns, budgets and job boards
Perform headhunts for management vacancies & contacting candidates
Support with shortlisting, pre-screening and interviewing
Screen candidates regarding their relevant skills, qualifications, availability, location and salary expectations
Conduct right to work checks & issue contracts for all new starters
Collaborate with job board partners
Guide hiring managers on how to use the ATS systems & process new hires
Check the recruitment inbox on a daily basis, respond to enquiries, and direct candidates as required
Provide support with other ad-hoc recruitment attraction methods including, but not limited to, arranging and overseeing open days, taking part in local careers fairs, working closely with job centres, colleges, and other professionals linked to recruitment
Produce data from recruitment records to evaluate and improve recruitment practice
Maintain all recruitment records and data in line with GDPR

Advise on all people matters including recruitment, development, performance and wellbeing
Ensure a positive experience for individuals during onboarding and offboarding
Provide training on recruitment and people & culture topics
Champion an open and inclusive culture which embraces diversity and equity
Champion effective, proactive people management and help foster a culture of support and togetherness
Manage and support on recruitment campaign
Undertake projects which will support the company’s aims and strategies and improve the effectiveness of People Development
Document, implement, and improve upon processes, procedures, and programs regarding team member lifecycle
Design and promote employee wellness initiatives
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of wellness programs
Provide functional and technical support regarding employee experience
Design and conduct employee satisfaction surveys
Analyze survey results and implement improvements
